About the role: As a consultant with us, you work closely with the client to create clear improvements and drive their business forward.

You work broadly within business development, change management, and digitalization, with efforts at both strategic and operational levels. The assignments can involve everything from leading projects and programs to supporting management teams with, for example, structure, priorities, and decision-making materials.

You meet clients in sectors such as defense industry, automotive, and life sciences – providing variation and new perspectives. As a consultant, you work on-site with the client, in Nexer's offices, or from home – often in a flexible combination.

We are looking for you who:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working on varied assignments across different industries and has extensive experience in driving projects and other initiatives through both agile and traditional methodologies. You are used to working at both strategic and operational levels and helping the client where needed. You have a good business understanding and possess the ability to build stable relationships with clients in your professional role. You are comfortable collaborating with all levels - from project teams to management groups.

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, project management, change management, and/or other areas within IT management

• Relevant higher education

• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in a consulting role.

• Certifications in the field such as PMI, Prince2, SAFe, PROSCI, or equivalent

• Experience with ERP
